Late follow-up after transcatheter occlusion of a thoracic aortic aneurysm for a premature infant

Thoracic aortic aneurysms are uncommonly diagnosed in children [1] and thus there are few reports in the literature [2,3]. When children are found to have this medical condition there remains controversy as to medical versus surgical management. Our goal was to describe the technique of transcatheter occlusion of an aortic aneurysm in an infant with late follow-up regarding the outcome of this procedure.
