Manual therapy for participants with cervicogenic dizziness and vestibulopathy: A pilot single group intervention study

Background: There are many different causes and types of dizziness, leading to it being a common problem. Patients often experience different types of dizziness concurrently. Cervicogenic dizziness has been shown to benefit from manual therapy including Mulligan sustained natural apophyseal glides (SNAGs). Vestibular rehabilitation is considered the standard of care for peripheral vestibular dysfunction. It is not known what treatment is beneficial when these two types of dizziness co-exist.
