Which movement control tests of the lumbar spine and cervical spine discriminate the best patients from healthy controls?

Background: Movement control impairment on the lower spine and of the neck are often seen dysfunctions by physiotherapy patients. Reliability of test batteries have been published. However, which tests are the most discriminative between patients and healthy controls, is still unclear.
