UCSF Medical Center Receives 'A' for Patient Safety

UCSF Medical Center at Parnassus received an " A " in theSpring 2017 Hospital Safety Grade, released April 12, 2017, by the nonprofit The Leapfrog Group, which grades hospitals nationwide for their commitment to reducing errors, infections and accidents that can harm patients.
