Digit ratio (2D:4D) and handgrip strength are correlated in women (but not in men) in Hui ethnicity

Digit ratio, especially second-to-fourth digit ratio (2D:4D) is used as a biomarker of prenatal testosterone exposure and was found associated with physical ability, such as handgrip strength (HGS). Recently, this association has been discussed in several ethnic groups.
