Evaluation of mucosal mast cell density in pediatric eosinophilic gastroenteritis
Conclusion: Our findings suggest that mast cells may play a possible role in pediatric EG as demonstrated by their increased density, activation, and their significant correlation with mucosal eosinophilic infiltration.
