Correlative Fluorescence and Electron Microscopy in 3D-Scanning Electron Microscope Perspective.

We present a novel approach whereby a sample previously investigated by FM is embedded and subjected to sequential mechanical polishing and backscatter imaging by scanning electron microscope.
