Labor induction and cesarean delivery: A prospective cohort study of first births in Pennsylvania, USA
ConclusionsIncreased risk of cesarean delivery after labor induction among nulliparous women is attributable mainly to lower cervical dilatation at hospital admission and higher rates of labor complications.
