Therapy with Bone Marrow-Derived Autologous Adult Stem Cells in Quadriparesis due to Motor Neuron Disease.

Conclusion: The local application of a cocktail of regenerative cell population found in an MNC fraction of bone marrow was safe and effective in improving quality of life and muscle strength in ALS patients.
