Natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery with a snake ‐mechanism using a movable pulley

ConclusionsThe suggested snake mechanism using movable pulleys has the advantages of stiffness and maneuverability. This new mechanism can be an alternative platform for natural orifice surgery.
