Unpredictable pulmonary tuberculosis with Hydatid cyst in adult male

Bashaaib Co-infection of tuberculosis and parasitic diseases is an important public problem in co-endemic areas in developing countries. Looking for risk factors that have an impact on co-infection is extremely important for control and prevention. Co-existence of pulmonary tuberculosis and in particular Hydatid diseases in the lung rarely occurs. This case report presents unpredictable pulmonary tuberculosis with Hydatid, its diagnosis and management. The message beyond presentation of this case; its rarity, and that to investigate enough when you are dealing with the pulmonary cyst – like lesion.
