Subglottic Granular Cell Tumor: Diagnostic andtherapeuticstrategies

We present a case of subglottic GCT in a healthy 10 year old and the diagnostic and therapeutic difficulties it presents. Symptomatology, treatment options, recurrence and complications are discussed. Due to size and location of this lesion, patient underwent open resection and primary reconstruction using head and neck principles to achieve negative margins.
