Location of mammograms ROI's and reduction of false-positive
A mammogram is an image test used to detect and evaluate breast changes [1]. Mammograms are used for women who have no symptoms or signs of breast cancer (such as a previous abnormal mammogram) [2]. The goal of the mammograms is to diagnose abnormalities when they are small [3]. By finding breast cancers in the early stage (before they have grown and spread) mortality could be reduced in about 30% [4].
