According to available reports, one out of 125 babies is born with a heart defect which is the leading cause of birth defect-related deaths [1]. Most of these heart defects don't show any sign for many years after birth and in some cases, they can affect the growth which is not often recovered. These heart disorders happen for various reasons, such as congenital diseases in the early stages of pregnancy, when heart is forming, or because of genetic syndromes, hereditary disorders, environmental factors such as infections or drug misuse [2].
