Effect of Concoction Extraction of the Leaves of Barleria dinteri (Oberm), Grewia flava (DC) and Jatropha lagarinthoides (Sond) on Inherent Antioxidant and Antibacterial Activities

Conclusion: Generally, the EC50 and MIC values of the extracts obtained through concoction extraction were lower than of those obtained by single plant extraction. The results of the current study suggested that concoction extraction of leaves of B. dinteri , G. flava and J. lagarinthoides have enhancing effect on inherent antioxidant and antibacterial activities.
