Supreme Court holds hearing on education standards for children with disabilities

The Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) on Jan. 11 heard oral arguments on a potentially groundbreaking case that could determine what level of educational benefit schools are required by federal law to provide to children with disabilities under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).
