Scabies incognito: diagnostic value of dermoscopy-guided microscopic examination

Conclusion: Dermoscope is an efficient and simple diagnostic tool that allows confirmation of diagnosis in cases of scabies incognito and minimizing the duration to reach diagnosis if combined with guided scraping and microscopic examination.
