Autophagy ‐related genes in Helicobacter pylori infection

ConclusionsAutophagy‐related gene expression profiling using high‐throughput microarray analysis indicated that downregulation of core autophagy machinery genes may depress autophagy functions and possibly provide a better intracellular habit for H. pylori in gastric epithelial cells.
