Coordinated specialty care in first episode of psychosis could improve outcomes long term

The delivery of a new treatment approach called coordinated specialty care (CSC) to every young person experiencing early schizophrenia could help address the lifetime prevalence associated with high levels of functional impairment and low expectations for recovery, according to new research.
