Minimally invasive approach for aortic and mitral valve surgery [SURGICAL TECHNIQUE]

We report our early experience in 69 patients, describing postoperative results. The introduction of sutureless aortic prostheses has implemented this treatment option, with a significant reduction of cardiopulmonary bypass and cross-clamp times.
