Comparative evaluation of the shear bond strength of recycled ceramic brackets using three methods: An in  vitro study

Conclusion There was no significant difference in the shear bond strength among heat + silane group, silica-coated + silane group, or the control new brackets group. Reconditioning with silica coating using 30 μm silicon dioxide with silane application is a promising method, as it is chair-side, time-effective, and shows good comparable bond strength to that of new brackets.
