Body Kindness Advent Day 12: Schedule A Massage

Massages help us notice areas of tension and allow us to release stress, leaving us ready to take on our next challenge with gusto. Experiment with massage oils and lotions that you already have on hand, and use scented candles to add some aromatherapy to your intimate moments. Essential oils such as ylang-ylang, rose, and jasmine have aphrodisiac properties if you’re looking to spice things up.
