Body Kindness Advent Day 10: Make Cookies

I’m counting down the days to the launch of my first book Body Kindness by sharing ideas for how you can celebrate all the goodness the holiday season has to offer. Follow the advent through December 27th for inspirations that “spiral up” your holiday with food, fitness and feel-good emotions. Plus, get a taste for the Body Kindness philosophy along the way. (Be sure to scroll to the bottom of this post to learn how you can get on a free call with me in January when you pre-order the book.) Cookie decorating with my family is a tradition. Here are my sweet little cookie makers, covered in sugar, icing, gingerbread, peanut butter, and chocolate — YUM. Limited Time Offer Don’t miss my Body Kindness book pre-sale offer. With each book purchase (including e-books and books you buy as gifts) you’ll receive a group coaching call and Q/A with me in JanuaryÂ...
