Body Kindness Advent Day 8: Challenge Yo ’ Self

Body Kindness Activity: Challenge Yo’ Self Sometimes we need to experience discomfort in order to grow. Whether it’s practicing stillness in meditation or going that extra mile, listen to your body for signals, such as “increase intensity,” “slow down,” “take a break.” Challenges are an opportunity to grow strengths and learn something new. Your amazing body was born to move, and your body kindness practice should include a sustainable exercise “sweet spot” where enjoyment, consistency, and health converge.
