Body Kindness Advent Day 3: Make a Pie

Baking anything is a delightful activity that creates memories and researchers have found it enhances creativity and reduces anxiety to boot! Enjoy the process from start to finish, savoring tastes and comforting smells — and even the mess you make, especially if you have kids it’s a gentle reminder that sometimes life can be messy, but it’s also very sweet.
