Body Kindness Advent Day 2: Breathe In, Stress Out

We all know the holidays can be stressful, but there’s nothing like a little lavender to help calm and soothe. Try lavender oil in your diffuser, add a few drops to your bath water, lather up with moisturizing lotions or light a scented candle. If you’re not stressed out, enjoy the scents of the seasons, like balsam fir pine, sugar cookies, and cinnamon in candles, tea, and festive decor. A lavender bubble bath is one of my favorite ways to unwind.
