Glucocerebrosidase modulates cognitive and motor activities in murine models of Parkinsons disease

This study provides robust in vivo evidence that augmentation of CNS glucocerebrosidase activity is a potential therapeutic strategy for PD, regardless of the mutation status of GBA1.
