CONCLUSIONS:High field intra-operative MRI can be routinely incorporated into neurosurgical oncology and combined with electrophysiological stimulation mapping. This combination of optimal image-guidance and physiological guidance can facilitate safe, extensive resection even for challenging tumors in eloquent locations.
