CONCLUSIONS:Tumor adherence to the 4thventricular floor is not an absolute contraindication for complete resection. Intraoperative neuro-monitoring is essential, and the development of sustained, but not transient CN activity, and/or hemodynamically significant bradycardia should limit the extent of resection.
