Rthp-31. low grade glioma malignant transformation (mt): clinical outcomes and prognostic factors in temozolomide era

CONCLUSIONS:Outcomes of MT LGGs are similar to de novo high grade gliomas, regardless of pathologic confirmation. Our series suggests that temozolomide may increase the risk of MT and 1p19q status is not impactful. These results need to be validated in an independent cohort.
