Rare-65. dysembryoplastic neuroepithelial tumors: 13 cases of a rare condition

CONCLUSIONS:This case series highlights key clinical themes in DNET cases as well as clinical areas of uncertainty. As previously reported, the most common presenting symptom was seizure, and the most common radiographic appearance was T1 non-enhancing, T2 hyperintense. Most tumors were located in the temporal lobe, and 12/13 patients were treated with gross total resection. Only one patient required repeat surgery for recurrence.
