Rare-27. extracranial metastatic glioblastoma presenting with lhermittes phenomenon, torticollis and quadriparesis
CONCLUSION:Subacute onset of cervicalgia and torticollis with Lhermitte’s phenomenon in a patient with glioblastoma may represent epidural cervical spine metastases. Further studies are needed to clarify the prognostic and treatment differences associated with activating mutations in the BRAF kinase gene (V600E).
