Endovascular Stent-Grafting of the Ascending Aorta for Symptomatic Parietal Thrombus

Conclusion: In highly selected cases, custom-made thoracic stent-grafts may be used for stabilization and exclusion of symptomatic ascending aorta parietal thrombosis to prevent progression and recurrent embolization.
