A huge retroperitoneal liposarcoma

ConclusionThe management of retroperitoneal sarcomas consists of complete resection of the tumour, followed by adjuvant radiotherapy, reduces local recurrence but does not affect overall survival, and, combined with surveillance for early detection of recurrence or metastases, in our case.therapeutic embolization, proved to be useful preoperatively, allowing tumour shrinkage, and reduced blood loss during resection.
