Association of BIM Deletion Polymorphism and BIM-{gamma} RNA Expression in NSCLC with EGFR Mutation

Conclusion: Expression of BIM- mRNA and BIM deletion polymorphism were strongly associated. BIM- overexpression may have a role in apoptosis related to EGFR-tyrosine kinase inhibitor.
