Percutaneous intervention for chronic total occlusion of subclavian artery

Angiogram revealed 100% ostial occlusion of right subclavian artery with subclavian steal syndrome. The challenges involved in percutaneous revascularization of chronic total occlusion of subclavian artery are presented in this report.
