Fc gamma receptor IIIa polymorphism is not associated with susceptibility to systemic lupus erythematosus in Brazilian patients

Our results showed no association between FCGR3A 158V/F alleles and susceptibility to SLE in this series of patients albeit the heterozygous genotype was strongly associated with the disease.
