Human Papillomavirus-Associated Esophageal Ulcer in a Patient with HIV Infection

We present a case of esophageal human papilloma-virus (HPV) infection in an HIV-infected male, which was diagnosed by histologic examination of a biopsy specimen collected at endoscopy. The lesion resolved after institution of triple-antiretroviral therapy.
