Alzheimer's disease detection via automatic 3D caudate nucleus segmentation using coupled dictionary learning with level set formulation

• Our aim is to develop a new Alzheimer disease classification method.• A new combination of a level set and a dictionary learning method is proposed.• The results shows the superiority of the proposed method over the State-of-the-art methods.
