Results of interviews with 30 healthcare providers who treated survivors of the 2005 train derailment and chlorine spill in Graniteville, South Carolina. Explores long-term psychological, physical, and social effects of technological disasters on rural communities' health and access to health services, and perspectives of healthcare providers.
