Percutaneous graft intervention in an adult post-ALCAPA repair

We report an elderly gentleman, who was first diagnosed in adulthood with ALCAPA and he underwent repair for the same in the form of re-implantation of coronaries with grafting, presenting to us with class III angina and his angiogram revealed ostial significant stenosis of SVG graft to LAD and we performed PTCA with renal stent for the same successfully.
