Poststroke Cognitive Decline is Independent of Longitudinal Changes in Cerebral Hemodynamics Parameters
CONCLUSIONAlthough hemodynamic parameters deteriorate in a considerable proportion of patients during first 3–6 months after a cerebrovascular event, cognitive decline appears to be an independent phenomenon.
