Conclusions moderate-intensity aerobic exercise can up-regulated the M3 R-MEK1/2-ERK1/2 signaling pathway, thus inhibit the apoptosis of myocardial cells, reduced myocardial interstitial fibrosis and promote cardiac function after MI.
