Effects of Paclitaxel on the Ability of Aspirin and Clopidogrel to Inhibit Platelet Aggregation

In conclusion, paclitaxel can reduce the ability of aspirin, clopidogrel, and aspirin combined with clopidogrel to inhibit platelet aggregation. Furthermore, the ability to inhibit platelet aggregation was weakened as paclitaxel concentration increased in all 3 experimental groups.
