Des pratiques de t élémédecine pour structurer le projet médical partagé d’un groupement hospitalier de territoire

Conclusion Le GHT est une réforme majeure du service public hospitalier français. Un projet médical partagé structuré par la télémédecine devrait contribuer à la réussite de la réforme. Introduction Hospital Consortia (HC) are one among the most structuring French reforms of the law of modernization of health promulgated on 26th January 2016. They must operate on the basis of a shared medical project developed in a group spirit, bringing together all healthcare stakeholders. Material and methods This article is limited to French hospital reform and is inspired by the French law of modernization of the system of health promulgated on 26th January 2016 and the final report of the ministerial mission by J. Hubert-F. Martineau, made public on 18th March 2016. Results The shared medical project will have to rely on interinstitutional telemedicine practices, such as teleconsultation and tele-expertise. These new practices require the setup of new organizations of medical time, particularly at the level of the main establishment, and the rethinking of the care pathway within the healthcare district. The establishment of a funding model must be clear and fair because the distribution of volumes of activity between institutions of the HC can evolve, the main establishment losing activity for the benefit of other institutions of the HC.
