Mandibular symphyseal distraction followed by Class III surgical orthodontic treatment: A case report

Conclusion Our case report suggests that use of MSDO expands the possibility of the presurgical orthodontic treatment with nonextraction for skeletal Class III orthognathic surgery case with crowding in mandibular dentition.
