Our superhero teams join forces for this year ’s #AshfieldAssemble Best Practice Fete

The theme for the day was #AshfieldAssemble Ashfield Superheroes and it is fair to say that our staff threw themselves into the theme with great energy, enthusiasm and fancy dress – take a look at our Twitter page @AshfieldHealth for some photos from the day. This year, staff manned 23 booths to showcase their teams’ talents in providing innovative, creative solutions, strategic consultation and insights to support their clients. This networking event enabled people from across the business to meet with colleagues in other agencies and areas of the business to learn about how we can continue to collaborate and develop innovative client solutions that really drive business growth. There was also the opportunity to meet our new colleagues at Pegasus and to introduce Ashfield Cares, our community fundraising initiative to our staff. Viv Adshead, CEO of Ashfield’s Healthcare Communications, Insight & Performance and Meetings & Events businesses said of the day: “There was a real energy and buzz about the place. Everyone engaged with all of the booths and were able to learn about the exciting new offerings available, creative and interesting approaches their colleagues are taking to solve problems, and understanding more about how best to collaborate with each other to bring to life our vision, ‘Excellence.
