Absence of Irreversible Effects of Aliskiren in Standard Juvenile Rat Toxicity Studies
CONCLUSIONSAll effects produced by aliskiren, including kidney effects, were reversible. Increased exposure in very young animals is considered to be the result of immature drug transporter systems.
