PS046 High Lymphocytes and Low Mean Corpuscular Volume are Associated with Diabetes, Triglyceride-to-High-Density Lipoprotein Ratio and Metabolic Syndrome, in Patients at High Risk of Coronary Artery Disease

The platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio (PLR), neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) and other CBC parameters are easily attainable markers of inflammation which have been suggested for risk stratification in ACS and CAD. However, little is known of the association of these parameters with diabetes (DM), the TG/HDL-C ratio, lipids and the metabolic syndrome (MetS).
