PS153 Management of Unprotected Left Main Acute Coronary Syndrome: A Systematic Literature Review

Studies comparing percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) and coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) in the elective setting amongst patients with unprotected left main disease (ULM) have shown both to be equally effective. However, there is limited data on the outcomes of these interventions in the setting of acute coronary syndrome (ACS).
